Bhadraj Temple of Doon Valley, Chakrata ranges and the Jaunsar Bawar area of Uttarakhand, Himalaya.

According to Vedic History, this temple was established in Dwapar Yuga. After Mahabharata, Sree Balram mediates at this place. Before leaving this place, he assures the people that he will be back soon to protect them and to fulfil their wishes.

After many years the statue of Sree Balram was pulled out by a local inhabitant Nandu Mehra. The statue in the temple was established by him.

Bhadraj Temple is a part of Badrinath temple and hence it is believed that worshipping at this temple is equivalent to worshipping at Badrinath
